Hello,
I have a quick question. I am currently a Java developer with about 7 years of J2EE experience. I have been asked to go to a C# .NET environmnet and was wondering if any of you had made the transition from J2EE to .NET and what books you found the most helpful? I am not on a fast track to learn so I will have the time to work through a good detailed book.

So far in my research I found that C# for Java Developers
by Allen Jones and Adam Freeman is the best

Would you concure? If not what would you recommend?

Thank You

Jeff Sulman

You can program in Java in .net. It is basically a Web Service and that can be done in any language. You don't need C# to do .net.
