Dear all,
In outlook if we open the received message we can see the from header with the name & email ID. I want to hide the email ID(receptionist need to see only the name). is it possible to do in outlook?

Thanks

Subahar

You could forward the email to the Receptionist and then you get no from box but you need to delete the email address on the message etc. There is however nothing I am aware that stops the Receptionist showing details of the message like view header details, from one of the menus. She would of course need to know how to do this in outlook though! Why not have all emails going to someone else and then setup a rule to forward certain emails to the Receptionist if she needs to view the messages. You could also look at blocking the Receptionist from sending email to certain people, if that is the reason you do not want her to see the email address.
