from dissappeared from outlook

Iam having problems with the outlook 2007.I dont know what i did.when i open the outlook i cant see the From.It is sorted by subject ,received ,size .Is there any settings which i need to change back so that From comes first followed by subject ....

usually you click the "From" in the title bar and it will sort by "From"

Right-click on the bar where it says "Subject" or "Date" (whatever you can see) and select Field Chooser. Drag "From" to the appropriate location on the bar.
