From dial up to dsl now vpn will not work

Hello, I hope I'm not asking something that's been asked.

I work from home and was using dial up to connect to my work computer and everything worked fine. I was using remote desktop and RealVNC.

My company had to relocate to a new building and upgraded to DSL, now my VPN, remote access and VNC will not work. Any suggestions??? Oh and the dial-in is not working now either.

I've changed the settings and IP addresses in the connection screens.
Do I need a static IP on the remote computer? Is there something else I need to set up to work from DSL to DSL?

Thanks for any help or suggestions.
