from 'compose form' to 'read form' in Outlook

Hello

Could someone please help me with this. Im using Outlook 2003 and want to make a basic form.
basically - i type in some text in a text box in the 'compose' form in outlook - but when i send the form (as an email) there is nothing there..
so if i create a text box in the view form how can i make the contents the same thing i typed in the 'compose' form.
