Hi - I keep having this problem and was wondering whether anyone else has been experiencing the same thing:

I will design a page in Frontpage, then I upload it to a server, and I have to go in and edit the page on the server itself because I wind up with the following code:

<img border=&quot;0&quot; src=&quot;logo20%directional20%sharpen.jpg&quot;>

instead of it showing up like this:

<img border=&quot;0&quot; src=&quot;logo_directional_sharpen.jpg&quot;>

What are these 20% things......why do they replace my good code?

TIA
Aishaa

Which version are you using?

If your using the underscore that should not happen. If your using fp98 sometimes it does rewrite code you can get around that by inserting the html into the HTML mark up box which does not change code.

The 20% is what fp inserts when there is a space usually using the underscore _ gets rid of this problem. Some servers like unix do not like symbols spaces or uppercase and so it's best to avoid this. If the using the HTML mark up box does not help I suggest doing without the spaces and see if that works. (btw some netscape versions also gets unhappy sometimes with spaces and uppercase)

If your using fp2k or fp98 the box is under Insert | Advanced | html
