FRM-90928 positional parameter after key on command line

I had been having trouble to run a form, suddenly i don´t know what i did and a window opened asking me if I wanted to download jiniator version 1.3...... don´t remenber, re-started the computer and now when I try to run a form the internet browser opened and appears a message error frm-90928 positional parameter after key on command line

I don´t know what to do, would someone help me?.

I suppose that the problem may be in long form name. Try to put it into the directory containing NO BLANK SPACES in its name.
