frm-30162 error?

frm-30162 : Inconsistent relationship between window WINDOW 1 and it's horizontal toolbar.<br>

There is no horizontal toolbar specified, and as far as I can see there is no toolbar to select.<br>

Can anyone at least tell me what this error means so I can go fix it?<br>

Note: I did not build this form and have no idea who did, so do not know who to ask.<br>

Let me guess you're using forms 5.0... i've also had that error at the beginning then i've installed a patch for developper 2.1 and that message didn't appear anymore.<br>
