Hello,

I have a basic understanding of FRLs and I understand it's basically calling permissions. However, is there a way to have a site to allow long distance calling, but prevent local calling only to agents?

Would I need to build a special ARS table, COR entry and assign this COR to the agents?

We don't want to block local calls for everyone, just our agents.

Thanks

You would need an ARS table with the route patterns and deny entries for the restrictions and then assign it to that COR of the agents.
