I know this is going to sound crazy but my FRL may not be working correctly.

According to a previous post

The FRLs work on a sliding scale: 0 is the most restricted, 7 is the least restricted. The FRL is assigned to a COR (Class of Restriction) and Route Patterns. In order to use the trunk groups identified in the Route Pattern the station FRL has to be equal to or greater than the FRL assigned to the trunk groups within a pattern."

If this is true than my station that has a FRL 0(Assigned in the COR) should not be able to use the trunks in a routing table that has a FRL of either 3 or 7 because it is not equal to or higher? If this is true than why would I still be able to access those trunks? Has anyone ever experience something like this before?

Thanks for your time.

I suppose anything's possible - though I'd think that highly unlikely Check a station trace of your station calling, matching a location/route pattern/trunk and compare

All sorts of things can happen in ARS digit conversion, UDP, location stuff. You'd more likely be going out another way to that trunk with a lower FRL
