Fresh Aloha Sql Problem

I have been beating my head agents the wall for two days strait an I’m at the end of my rope.
I am trying do a fresh aloha install with a sql inter face. Everything seems to be fine but when I try to login to aloha manager I get “Security setup failed. Aloha manager cannot log users in without a valid path to an Aloha data directory” Debout.txt is =

I am not sure, but is the sql should be "d:\Aloha\sql" ?

the only thing that is is sql is the ini file. The old server has the same settings as far as i can tell

Did you change the SQL server or environment? Remeber, Aloha officially only supports SQL 2000. We have large installs running on 2005 and 2008, but it can be tricky and Radiant will not support it.

I have sql server 2005, I did changed the operational level of the sql database to 2000 but it didn't change the error.

I am migrating from an existing server that is also server 2003 Aloha (@ version 6.5.22) with Sql 2005 but I didn't do the install. That hardware is on its last leg and I need to migrate it to a new box.

can someone post a copy of there sql.ini that is working with sql 2005?

After 3 days I got it!!!
Aloha 6.5.25
SQL 2005
All running in VMware Esxi 4.1 so I never need to rebuild because of hardware again

Two things that I did
There was an ntwdblib.dll that was missing from windows\system32 and one of the logs were complaining about it.
Also I had to delete the database from SQL and recreate using dbconfig.exe in /bin
