I have a user who can only get a transferred or delivered status on email if she deletes her Frequent Contacts before sending email. Everything works fine until laptop is rebooted.
GRoupWise 5.5 with most recent SP in WinXP. Any help??!!
Either delete every list in the users frequent contacts or even better delete her frequent contacts from teh FILE>Services tab. Try testing her account and if that doesnt work get her to try another PC/Laptop and maybe try to rebuld/Fix her user database but be careful and back it up.
