Hi,
Using Crystal Reports 9 on SQL Database.
I have been asked to show clients placing orders on a "regular" basis - weekly, fortnightly & monthly.
I have grouped my clients weekly, which means that there are weeks missing if they haven't ordered anything. How do I now just return those with weekly, fortnightly & monthly orders? I haven't even attempted any formulas yet, as I don't have a clue where to start!!!!!!
Any & all help gratefully recieved.

Cheers Alex

Use a running total. (Right-click on a field and choose Insert to get a choice of Running Total or Summary. Or else use the Field Explorer, the icon that is a grid-like box, to add running totals.)

Running totals can be accumulated once per group. So you could spot someone who had four orders in one week and none the rest of the month, say.

You could also group by week within month - use Month({your.date}) or similar.
