Freezing Panes in IWR

Hi,
I published reports in IWR with HTML as output. As the data is much larger than the computer screen, the users need to scroll down the data losing their headers in the process. How can I free those headers like that of in Excel so it will be much better. Is it something with IWR or IE?? And my report is a drill-thru report. Thats why I have HTML output.
