Perhaps you would be better served to use technical terms, freeze is a bit vague, as is generally any one sentence post.
Details such as where you've placed your headings and what a freeze would result in should help to begin with.
To make sure that headings are displayed on every page, right click the group section and select change group->repeat header on each page. Turning on the Keep Together will result in Crystal starting new pages if a group doesn't fit on a page well.
By "freeze" headings, I meant immobilize or control. Sorry for being vague, but that's the term used in Excel and I was trying to do something similar in Crystal and not sure if it's possible. I should have stated that the printed report appears fine, the headings appear on every page. What I was referring to is when the report is viewed on the screen instead of printed.
The users use Crystal Enterprise 10 to view reports, and as is sometimes the case, the relevant data happens to appear toward the bottom half, making it necessary to scroll down.
Since the headings are only seen along the upper portion of the screen, I was wondering if it was possible to immobilize or control them so as not to scroll ... much like can be done with an Excel document ... resulting in the headings always appearing when viewing a report.
They could always export to Excel, or set the default format as Excel and then freeze it within Excel, although you will have additional design considerations in that case as Crystal treats Headings differently.
