Anyone know of some good freeware to manage a windows network, I would like something for find our who is on what website, and any other goodies you know of.

Thank you

Here is a list of some of the ones I use. Nothing does everything but between them, I can get most everything done. Note that some have a free version and a paid version.
Spiceworks
Ethereal/WireShark
Angry IP Scanner
NetStumbler
Network Magic
Samspade: This one appears to have been bought out and I can't get a good link to it.

WCBurton,
[tab]I'm looking at the tool kit you suggested. It looks like a good one.

Couple of my favorites:

PingPlotter - Trouble network issues

Netwrix - AD and GP change monitor

PRTG - Router traffic monitor
