Freeware tool like Load Runner

Hi all,

I am searching a freeware tool which can help me simulate client connections (like Load Runner) to analyze performance.

I want to simulate BusinessObjects connections to test the performance of my reports before delivering for acceptance.

Do you want to run your queries against the db or stress test WebI?
You can look at Apache JMeter (

http://jakarta.apache.org/jmeter/index.html)

or the old (free) web stress test tool from Microsoft.
