Freeware / GPL Oracle Replication tool reading archive log mode logs?

Hello frieds. I'm wondering if anyone knows of any GPL (or very low cost) tools that will allow for the replication of Oracle data that captures deltas by evaluating the archive log mode logs for the master database in question. Any and all insight is appreciated.
