Hi Everyone...I know this is a Linux thing but I thought I might seek some advice form some Win2K experts as well.
Here's the scoop. VPN is a Linux box w/ FreeSwan (latest stuff)
Laptop, setup with Win2K and running IPSec. Uses cert file from Linux and generally has no problems connecting to the VPN. However, when using the LT at home on my wireless network...and connecting to the vpn, I'm getting random failures. To be specific...I connect, run my Outlook off our Exchange server, no problems. Open Inet Explorer and surf a bit (while still connected to office thru vpn)and then close Explorer and try to go back to my mail...no access!
Weird eh...I know. I have no clue. Perhaps it's the wireless or the router to my high speed cable...I just don't know. Once I connect to the internet from my laptop while I'm connected to the vpn...I lose my full access to my office.
Any ideas?? HELP!
Thnx
Pikk P.
