Anybody in the UK use Freeserve Hometime for Internet access and managed to get it working on XP ? Although it works ok on my previous Win95 Pc I cannot get it to run on XP. Freeserve have been unable to sort the problem.

I take it that you have tried to install the Freeserve hometime dialer, and now it gives you a phone book error (or similar) when you try to launch it.

I had this problem when I upgraded to XP (aside from the fact that the XP driver for my modem did not work - wouldn't detect a dial tone) the only way around it was to create the connection manually, rather than using the dialer software
