Freesco portforwarding to PCAnywhere

Hi!
Last spring I got a perfect guide to make a portforwarding in Freesco to a computer with PcAnywhere.
Unfortunately I have lost the guide and it seems to be earased from the forum.
Can anyone help me out? I´m running PcAnywhere 10.5 and have static IP´s to every computer and to the Internet.
