We have just run out of support on our Freedom Voice recording and coincidently at the same time our Freedom System Manager console wont stay open for longer than 5 seconds.
When you open the console it stays open for 5 seconds then it just closes down, we can check the status of the loggers using Telnet and we can open up the Events and Archive consoles seperately but it just means we cant extract any calls or make amendments to the channel id's.
We have another system in place already which is trunk side rather than Extension side, however we want to keep this system as a back up and we need to have access to the calls recorded on the current system for up to 7 years.
Anyone got any suggestions as to why this is happening?
