I am just wondering what is the difference between the two
i know that one is for printing purposes and the other is for web based purposes

i am currently doing vector images for flash animation and is switching from CorelDraw, which one do you think would work best for me?

freehand is to macromedia what illustrator is to adobe and corel draw is to corel.

sometime you just gotta say "WHAT THE @#*% !!"

I just bought Studio MX. I've only done a bit with Freehand, but if CorelDraw is where you're coming from, I'd go with that.

But if you already have Flash, it seems to me that all that you'd need is in there. I can't see a big advantage in going to Freehand, since Flash already seems to have about 95% of what you need for animation.

But take it with a grain of salt, I'm just a neophyte.
