I read on the macromedia site that you can copy from freehand 9 to flash 4.. i have tried this, using the Adobe Illustrator format as it suggests but when I paste into flash I get nothing.

I have exported the wanted objects as a .swf some of the objects work but others dont.

Any tips on going from freehand to flash ???

Yep... You're going about it nearly right. When in Freehnad, export as an Illustrator file, btu I usually go for say, Illus 5x... Okay!??! Right... then, go into flash, and import from your file menu. Save your import as a symbol, and voila! Happy days!!!

Maybe you can help me now... My flash files are friggin massive. I think I have too many scenes with too many imports. Any way of setting it up so that I can open another, separate, flash file from a button click in a swf movie!?!? Thinking about embedding separate swfs into separate dreamweaver pages, but worried about download times and stuff. Don't want it to be hiccupping on me!!! Can you preload a couple of movied depending on the movie you're currently watching!?!?!? HELP!!!! Cal
