Freedom Security Groups

Hi

I am a novice when it comes to freedom, we have currently got 2 call centres. Each of those call centres have a security group for playback which means only people from those call centres can listen to playback of those calls.

The security filter we have in place is done by channel name and i am trying to figure out what the channel names relate to as they are a 4 digit number

for instance our customer service Callcenter is filtered by channel name and the channel name is 2399.

Would this be a link to the Symposium system or is it related to another part of the NICE system?

Any help would be greatfully appriciated.
