we have recently being having increased number of complaints that some extensions are not recording.
having looked at the Freedom System manager everything looks fine.
When i look at the Dictaphone Freedom Connect console there seems to be issues with some channels registering (presumably with the CTI server) however when i look in the appmanager (which seems to be related to the Dictaphone Freedom connect Console) those channels having issues registering and displaying the red circle with a white cross in it arent listed under the extensions tab in the appmanager console.
i think that they are related and could be related to the cause of the end user not getting play back for that channel - but ive got no idea how to edit the list of extensions in appmanager.
sorry if this all seems vague but i dont have much experience with Freedom or Dictaphone.
