FreeBSD -Upgrading from 4.5 to 4.6 Stable

Anyone know the easiest way to upgrade from FreeBSD 4.5 to 4.6 Stable. I know it has to do with doing a buildkernel world or something but does anyone know the exact steps. Thanks
