FreeBSD 5.4 server - proxying EVERYTHING

I've got a test server I'm trying to cobble together and install Mail::Toaster on.

The problem is I've got a crappy SonicWall firewall that only allows a hundred rules and guess what, we're at the limit.

What I want is to make all ftp, wget and any other file transfer mechansisms use a proxy located at n.n.n.n:3128

Any ideas?
