Hi all,

I'm working on a software project with a person belonging to another firm than mine. Currently, we exchange our work(documents, test cases, etc.) via emails. For the moment it's ok, but I'm looking for a tool that can centralize the work done, and can feature project management. I thought of a free web-based tool offering a shared account of 50MB for example, and offering some collaboration services(events notifications for example).

I don't want to install any HTTP or Database servers, does someone here know such team working web-tools?

Thanks!

has Desk Now Lite, a freeware collaboration tool based on a mail server, which also includes a file repository, shared calendar, etc. It supports Windows, Macs and Linux out of the box. I have not used it but is is reviewed with high ratings. If you upgrade to the commercial products, you add support for PalmOS, and other hand-held devices. Sounds worth a try. Let us know what you decide to use.
