Anybody knows about a free tool that can be used to browse Oracle databases? The result must be presented in a web interface. One should be able to define SQL queries over several tables.
 
Have you tried Oracletool? It's free, completely server based and has a page to enter executable SQL.

Speaking of which, it's time to update my copy to the latest version.
