I have set up a free text query on a form, using the standard find and replace dialog box. This has restrictions, I wish to have my query form with a button, so when pressed, a pop up form appears. On the pop up form, there is combo box and a text box. From the combo box I can select a field to search on, for example Products, I select a Product, then in the text box I want to search on a different field to the combo box. An example, I select a Product from the combo box, I then type in a component name in the text box, in other words I want to see a particular Product with the particular associated components. I may then select a component in the combo box, then in the text box search for a part associated with the component. I would appreciate any advise.
