I've got 2 vista laptops. Mine, and another one.
Mine's been heavily modded with quite a lot of software and I now have to install flash on the other laptop to run a flash swf for a presentation.
I downloaded the flash 10 player from the adobe site, which install in ie, but on my machine it seems to load the swf in a stand alone window, no ie gubbins at all.
And that's what I want, but I can't work out how to make it happen.
Any ideas?

I don't want to appear thick.
I don't even think I am, usually.....

But.

On that page there doesn't seem to be a free standing flash browser.
If I get the latest version, I'm offered the choice of ie or ff, but can't find a free standing version.
Maybe I AM thick, after all?

Doh!

OK, got it - it's in the update. They just don't tell you.
Thanks.
