Yes, there is a FREE SUN Solaris binaries available for a SPARC Platform UNIX Box.
Yes, download is FREE if you own a SPARC. SUN only requires you register before you can get this free download.
It's a 3-CD download therefore CD-Writer is required.
This download is not recommended for 56k modem unless you have lots of time on your hands since each file is approx 325MB size
For an Intel Processor Platform, SUN no longer offers a free download.
Intel Solaries binaries cost $45 plus S/H ( use to be $75 )
