Free seating

We just upgraded our MD110. I see that the free seating license is included, os i want to move all my users over to this option. Is it posible to convert all users to this option?. (we will use the same auth. code on all extentions)

Is it also posible to convert an already existing extention (digital) to generic without first deleting it and create it with generic instead of digital?

1.The auth. code you use can be the same for all free seating extensions , but keep in mind that every free seating user needs a regional auth. code:
So you can have:
AUCOIIR=6788,AUTH=1234,CILCOD=6788,CSP=4;
AUCOIIR=6789,AUTH=1234,CILCOD=6789,CSP=4;
etc.
Parameter Auth can be the same for all extensions but you need to make codes (parameter DIR in particular) for all extensions.

2. No it is not possible. There are ways to get around this problem, but this depends on the exact requirements.
