Free Royalty Free images? 2

This doesn't directly relate to Photoshop (yet) but I am going to be using Photoshop if I find the following:

Does anyone know where I can get FREE
Royalty Free images or small animated gifs from the internet? If you do can I have the address please.

or do a Google search on animated gif and see lots of links for free gifs
