Free printer use monitoring?

Does anyone know of any software for monitoring print use that's free? It seems most printjobs are logged in the event log on the print server, but I can't find software to monitor who's printed what (it doesn't necessarily have to be able to enforce printing quotas as long as people can see if anyone's abusing quotas given to them)

Yeah thanks, someone had me install papercut (or was it papercut ng) onsite once but they didn't seem able to use it how they wanted or it didn't pick up the printers or something. I'll look into it again if there's nothing else like it around.

Got rid of the previous attempts to trial papercut ng on a site today and installed papercut print logging (freebee) on 2 sites. It seems to work fine as there's little anyone needs to do except open an html file and peruse the details for all prints taking palce through that print server. It even has csv versions for excel so you could write your own reporting stuff I suppose. We'll see how overwhelming it gets after time.
