FREE Plugins

Any idea where to find free plugins for PS 7.0 I am looking for filters or stamp tools. I've seen things that work like the paint brish but actually paint an eye ball or a cat. Any thoughts? DeZiner

I find this site to be very helpful.

It's been around for a long time and Adobe took over the site not to long ago. They have stuff for just about everyone of their products and it's all FREE.
