Hi, all!
Anyone know of a good free partition software that will enable me to partition a computer with XP SP2 already installed? I need to create a fat16 partition for DOS, but I want to keep my image. Thanks in advance!

Best Regards,
Don

Instead of Partitioning your Hard drive, which can be very dangerous as you may loose your data and render XP un-bootable if not done correctly, why not use Microsoft's Free Virtual PC application, and install DOS, on a virtual machine with it. It will work just like a real one, but you won't have to partition anything. you can even set the dimensions of the virtual drive. For DOS, 500MB should be more than enough.

Ignorance is not necessarily Bliss, case in point:
Unknown has caused an Unknown Error on Unknown and must be shutdown to prevent damage to Unknown.

Vacunita and Linney,

Thanks very much for the advice and links. And what a GREAT way to force me to learn Virtual PC.

Best Regards,
Don
