Free or Low Cost Hosting to Test Asp.Net

I apologize if this has been answered many times before. Are there any free (or low cost) hosting sites where I could set up my asp.net app with SQL 2005 and do some more testing? I've seen some hosting sites doing some google searches but don't know how to tell the good from the bad. Any recommendations?
