Free on second line 2

I have a new question

Is there a way to enable the Free on second line function on ipLDK systems for digital phones other than Operator?
I mean when you call a digital phone that is busy, it rings on second line instead of busy tone because on default it is busy!

Ipldk 60, doesn´t have CALL WAITING Feature, like it is
It has a CAMP ON Feature, you need dial * when you get busy tone, so phone busy heard a BIP signal to indicate what it has a second call.

It is the same way to do it on ipLDK-20/24/50/100/300/600.
