DIS-WABE:GEN,XXXX-First&&XXXX-Last;
The 2 XXXX values are where you want to begin and end your search. Unused numbers will have an R to the right of them (Released/Reserved depending on who you talk to).
The && means "through". If you want "and" then you only put one & between the numbers - I believe you can "and" up to 10 numbers. Some functions do not allow & or && and they will tell you if you try to use it.
