I am seeking a free javascript library for airliner diagrams. Want the user to place components on diagram (sybmols for travelers, staff, ect). The coordinates of the diagram will then get saved on an existing spreadsheet.

Not that many airliners about so this would have to be a bespoke system. Not likely to be free either since most people think airliners have amegabuck operating base. Think about it
Airbus 330 costs $260M
At 50c a litre, it would cost $65K to tank up an Airbus 330.
Quite unlikely that any company that operates with these huge numbers and complex aviation rules is unlikely to get software for free.
