Free host that has CGI capabilities and can run .exe's from the cgi-bi

I understand that this is the wrong forum to be asking this but I have found that in the past you have been very helpful in solving all my problems.
Please can you post the addresses to free hosts that have CGI capability and can run .exe's. I want to include a sharewire

miniforum on a site I'm designing. It needs to run a file called 'sharewire.exe' in the cgi-bin, however, I cannot find any free hosts that are capable of running .exe's. Please can you post the addresses to any free hosts that can.
