Free Host, no dialup

Hi Experts,

Does anyone know of a free hosting provider that does not have any banners but allows you to upload by a universal dialup account (ie you do not have to use that particular company's dialup account), via FTP.

No banners at all, and unlimited connection and FREE...
The only problem is that sometimes it can take up to three of four tries before you can log on... I have not failed; I merely found 100,000 different ways of not succeding...
