My problem arises when I try to run a free-hand sql statement directly accessing the DB. the BO report hangs there for about 5 minutes, with only 2 notches going up on the progress bar. and with the message 'analyzing' on the bottom.
The report then justs displays the New Report and type pop up box with no data in the background. However, if I run the sql in my SQL Navigator, it retrieves the data just fine. (IT is quite a bit of data)
How do I fix this?
