Hi msigoraya,
You can get free hosting from They offer the FrontPage server extensions and are compatible with FrontPage publishing.
They do maintain a banner at the top of the page. I guess nothing is really free. They do not have the pesky popups germaine to many free sites.
When you get ready for a commercial host, you can get FP hosting for as little as $4.95 / month.
