You can get the Intel Fortran Compiler for a 30 day free trial...it's only free for 30 days, but better than nothing...just compile quickly!

Try They've got binaries for G95 for Windows but you have to get CygWin to run it.
If you are writing new code, then you could try F, which is a subset of Fortran 9x. It is available for download at the following location for a variety of platforms:
