Free forms outside of App Window?

Sort of a stupid question, probably, but I can't seem to figure this out. I'm using API to size the app window, and then when forms open, I use docmd.maximize to make them fill the app window. I've got one form that is "separate" from the app window. If you minimize it, it minimizes outside the app frame. Conversely, when maximized, it fills the users full screen. I converted this db from 97, and almost everything else went with no problems. How can I put this form back "In" the Application window?
