Free EN-FR and/or EN-DE WM dictionary wanted

Hi all,

I've been hunting around for free English -> French and English -> German dictionaries for Windows Mobile, but without any success.

Does anyone know of any that are genuinely free (i.e. having to pay for the app, but getting the add-ons for free is NOT free)?
