Free Disk Drive Eraser 1

I would like to know of a freeware that completely erases all files, which includes deleted ones. I don't believe even using F Disk elimates this problem. I know anyone with technical knowledge could recover supposedly deleted files.

Most disk manufactureres have a 'zero fill' utility on their website for their own disks (some work on other types too - like IBM's wipe, I do believe).
